Add the details companies look at first, choose who can see you and keep your profile complete so you can apply.
Before you can apply
Six answers must be filled in before you can apply to a job: your first name, country, job title, experience, job type and job category. If one is missing, the apply window tells you so and takes you to your profile.
Make it stand out
Add a photo, because companies see it first. Add a CV as a PDF of at most 5 MB. Add a presentation video as a link or a file, and a portfolio if you have one.
The completion box on your profile lists what is still missing and tells you what to add next.
Who can see you
Everyone: anyone can find you, also people without an account, and they see a short summary of you. Employers only: only signed-in companies can find you. Nobody: you do not show up in any search.
Companies you applied to, or replied to in a chat, can always open your profile. Your email address and phone number always stay private.
