Find and invite candidates
Search the talent list with filters, open profiles and invite people to apply to one of your jobs.
Search
Talent search lists people who chose to be found. Use the filters to narrow the list down by what you need.
What you see of a person depends on your plan. The last name is shown on a paid plan. Email addresses and phone numbers are never shown on any plan.
Invite to a job
Choose Invite to job on a profile and pick one of your open jobs. The person is told about the invitation and can apply from it.
Contacts in a month
Messages that you start from search count against the contacts your plan allows each month. Replies to people who applied do not.
