Post a job

Fill in the job in five short steps, save a draft whenever you like, then publish. Pause or close the job when you are done.

The five steps

  1. Job details: a title, a category and the places the job is open to.
  2. Job description: the company, the role and what the hire will do.
  3. Skills and languages: what the job needs.
  4. Job type and pay: how the hire will work and what the job pays.
  5. Questions for applicants: what applicants answer when they apply.

Drafts and publishing

Choose Save and exit at any step to keep a draft. Come back to it from Your jobs.

When every step is complete, review the job and publish it. A job can be edited until it can no longer change.

Screening questions

You can ask three kinds of question with a right answer: an open answer, a yes or no, or a pick one from your choices. You mark the right answers yourself.

Applicants never see which answers you marked as right. You can then look at the people who passed screening first.

Pause, close and expiry

Pause a job to stop taking applications for a while, and reopen it later. Closing a job stops applications for good, and a closed job cannot be opened again.

Your plan decides how many jobs you can post and how long they stay open.
