The lists
Open a job to see its people in four lists: Applicants, Passed screening, Shortlist and Dismissed. Use the lists to narrow down who to read first.
The stages
Each application has a stage: New, Reviewed, In touch, Interviewed, Selected or Hired. Move a person along as your hiring goes.
Candidates see their own progress in simple words: Applied, In review, Hired, Not selected or Closed.
What you can read
Open an application to read the profile, the answers to your questions and the CV if the person added one.
Email addresses and phone numbers are never shown. To talk to a person, send a message from the application.
